Dr. McConkey’s Background

Changing healthcare one employee at a time

After practicing for seven years, I am venturing out on my own to begin my own practice. I aim to create a practice that meets the needs of both patients and employees. Many practices consider themself patient-centric, but I feel the best quality of care will come when we focus on the employees. I believe that providing a happy, healthy, and positive work environment will mean a better patient experience. When employees like what they do and are well trained, patients will notice more efficient, consistent, and better quality of care.

I am currently working on a time line for opening my practice. More information will be provided on social media. Follow me on Instagram and Facebook for the most recent updates!
