**We are credentialed with regular Medicare, but not all Advantage Plans. Please contact us if you do not see your advantage plan listed.

**If you have Medicare PRIMARY and another SECONDARY insurance, we are able to bill your secondary insurance, even if we are out of network. We do not need to be in network with your secondary insurance.

SCLERAL LENS PATIENTS: Your lenses may qualify for medically necessary benefits through your vision insurance. While we do not perform routine eye exams, we do accept a few vision insurances for medically necessary lenses only. Please contact us directly for questions about scleral lens billing and payments.
