BLINK
The act of blinking releases oil from the meibomian glands, which secrete the top layer of the tear film. When we do not blink completely or frequently enough, we do not release oil into our tearful, and the tears evaporate too quickly, causing blurred vision and dry eye. This may lead to further damage. Blinking exercises may seem silly, but remember, at McConkey Eye Care, we treat the underlying cause, and if you do not blink, these exercises may help you significantly.
